About Surej
I am an entrepreneur and the founder of Aalambana, an IT services company, and ChemicalDaddy, a chemical solutions business. Running real businesses means I know what owners need from their online tools: they must work, and they must make money.
I also build WhatsApp API and CRM tools, so I understand both the business side and the technical side of selling through chat.

Do I need to meet in person?
No. Everything is done remotely. You share your screen on a video call and I set everything up with you, from wherever your office is.
Is screen sharing safe? Do you need my passwords?
I never need your passwords. You log in yourself on your own screen, or give me limited staff access that you can remove at any time. You stay in control of every account.
Do you build websites on WordPress?
No. I build fast, custom sites and manage them for you, so you don't deal with plugins, security patches or logins. Send me the changes you want and I update the site.
Which store platforms do you work with?
Shopify and WooCommerce. If you use something else, tell me and I'll say honestly whether I can help.
Do I need a verified business for the WhatsApp API?
Meta may ask for business verification, especially for higher messaging limits. I handle the setup and the paperwork with you.
Do you send bulk email to purchased lists?
No. Email is permission-based only: your own customers and subscribers who agreed to hear from you, with an unsubscribe link in every message. This protects your domain and keeps your emails out of spam.
Who pays Meta and platform fees?
Meta's messaging fees and any tool subscriptions are paid by you directly to the provider. They are separate from my service fee.
How is pricing worked out?
After a free call I send a clear quote for the scope we agree, either a fixed price for a project or a monthly plan for ongoing support.
Do you help after launch?
Yes. Every project ends with a handover and training, and I offer optional monthly support.
